Your first step is to give us a call and learn more about our program. Our staff will answer any questions you have and ask you preliminary questions to make sure you are appropriate for our level of care. If you have insurance, this is also a chance to get pre-verification of your benefits and discuss financial options. When you decide we are a right treatment program for you, we will schedule a full assessment.
A full assessment is completed with our nurse supervisor after which you will be ready for intake. We will either meet you at our facility in San Juan Capistrano, CA or we can coordinate pick up at your home, hospital, airport etc. Our closest airport is John Wayne Airport, Santa Ana (SNA), but we can also pick up in San Diego, Long Beach or Los Angeles Airport (LAX).
Once you arrive at our facility you will complete the intake process including a psychiatric evaluation. You will also start your detoxification protocols, if necessary. Your withdrawal symptoms, vitals, and medications will be monitored by experienced physicians and nursing staff. As you begin to feel better a treatment planned will be formed between you and your therapist which includes a schedule of group sessions, individual therapy, counseling, acupuncture and massage.
